Uses more battery, and it's best-effort: iOS and Android can still suspend it. On iOS, install to the Home Screen first; on Android, exempt this app from battery optimization.
Diagnostics
The app keeps a local, rolling log of its own activity (never uploaded anywhere). Export it after a test run — on iPhone the share sheet can AirDrop it straight to a Mac.
